“Move Like a Champion is a revolutionary program that is appropriate for all levels and will help you correct problems that plague many dancers; weak frame, sloppy feet, awkward movements, small strides, etc. Each Exercise is designed to teach you how your body works so that you can take charge of your movements on the dance floor. All exercises are applicable to Ballroom, Latin and Swing dances.
